
Juicy cake with chocolate

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup semi-coarse flour
- 1 cup Granko
- 1 cup oil
- 1 baking powder
- 1/2 cup cooked sweetened Nescafé coffee
- raspberry jam for spreading
- 2,5 dcl whipping cream
- 200 g cooking chocolate
Instructions
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Add sugar, flour, Granko, oil, baking powder and mix.
Pour onto a greased and floured baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Drizzle the baked cake, while still warm, with coffee.
Spread with raspberry jam.
Melt the chocolate in the cream and cook. Pour over the cake and spread.
Let the cake cool in the fridge (if possible, for 4-6 hours).
Cut into squares and decorate with whipped cream.
